Terms of Service

1. Our services

We design and build websites, online stores, booking systems and dashboards, and provide a client portal plus optional monthly support. The specifics of each plan are described on our Pricing page.

2. Plans, setup & subscriptions

Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly support subscription. Setup begins after the setup fee is paid. Monthly support renews automatically until cancelled.

You can change or cancel your monthly support at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep your website.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content and assets needed to build your site, to hold the rights to anything you upload, and to use the platform lawfully.

4. Ownership

On full payment, the website we deliver is yours. We retain ownership of our internal tooling, templates and the Velora platform itself.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Setup fees cover work that begins immediately and are generally non-refundable once the project has started. Monthly support can be cancelled to stop future charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
