Question 1

How long does a website take?

Accepted Answer

3 weeks on Essential and Growth, 2 on Pro, counted from the day we start building, i.e. once we have the payment and your content (texts, photos, logo).

Question 2

Do I own my website?

Accepted Answer

Your content, brand and domain are always yours, and you take them with you for free. The code and design belong to Velora and you use them under a licence while on a plan. After 6 months or more you can buy the site for a one-off payment of 12 monthly fees of your plan.

Question 3

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Your private workspace is created instantly. You complete onboarding, book a strategy call, and we start building.

Question 4

Can I request changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each plan includes small changes per month (2, 5 or 10): anything under 30 minutes, like texts, photos or opening hours. Request them in your portal; we deliver within 48 business hours. They do not roll over. Bigger work (an extra page or language) is quoted separately.

Question 5

What does monthly support include?

Accepted Answer

Small updates, improvements, monitoring and priority help, the exact amount depends on your plan.

Question 6

What do you build the site with?

Accepted Answer

Code, written for you, Next.js, hosted on Vercel. Not a website builder and not a theme, which is why the sites load fast, are shaped exactly around your business, and can do things a template cannot. You never have to touch any of it: you ask for changes and we make them.

Question 7

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no lock-in. Ask a Velora technician by email or in your portal before your next renewal. When the paid period ends the site goes offline, unless you move to the «Keep my site online» plan (€15/month + VAT). Your content and domain are yours.

Question 8

Is the setup fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

Only if you cancel before we start working on your site. Once work has started it is not refundable. There is no trial period or money-back guarantee.
